Using our custom reputation filters alongside more traditional spam filters, customers see more than 99% of all spam messages get stopped. Instead of a constant stream of notifications on your phone from spam messages hitting your inbox, you'll be able to use email again the way it should be used.
Intelligent message learning and automatic updates.
The Heluna filters are constantly changing, as they learn from every message that they see. You don't need to worry about software updates, downloading filter updates, or any other software or hardware support. We'll take care of it. With a cloud-hosted service, you're always using the latest and greatest filtering and functionality available.
Personalized filtering.
Your account includes the ability to create personal user accounts on the Heluna site. If your users want more control of their own spam blocking, they can manage their own preferences, see their own statistics, and more. You can also set up domain-wide and account-wide preferences for mailboxes, and approve or block senders for everyone.
Quarantines for questionable email.
Spam messages get sent to a user's quarantine, where they can view the messages and take action on them. Additionally, domain administrators can see the quarantine for their entire domain, and account administrators can see every domain's quarantine. Users can set up daily or weekly quarantine digests for their accounts.
Mail backup when you're offline.
If your mail server goes down, that's no problem. We hold onto your clean messages for up to thirty days, and when your server comes back online, Heluna automatically redelivers those messages within minutes.
